Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24 hours before scheduled time will be 100% refunded or rescheduled (customer choice), anyway the service can be rescheduled. NOTICE: Cancellations without prior notice of at least 4 hours will not be refunded.

The service time is just a forecast, as it can be finished before the scheduled time, but with the Hourly Work the professional will be at your disposal all the scheduled time.
